Mr. Frank served as Chief Information Officer and Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Group, LLC. from 2008 - 2019. At Oaktree, Mr. Frank rebuilt the front and back office systems which helped the company grow from $50 Billion AUM to $120 Billion AUM. During the buildout of Doubleline Capital which Oaktree owns 20%, Mr. Frank served as interim CIO for 2 years.
Mr. Frank joined Oaktree Capital Management from Countrywide Capital Markets, where he spent 8 years as the CIO,
Prior to Countrywide, Mr. Frank spent four years as Director of Technology at Deutsche Bank and eight years at Salomon Brothers Inc., as VP of Back Office Technology. Prior experience includes work as an IT Consultant to several large financial organizations, including Shearson Lehman and Chemical Bank.
